John,
Tami, and Rich John began in the Manufactured Housing Industry in 1970. Originally from Oregon, he started his career with his fathers' Mobile Home Dealership, in sales, service, and installation. John moved to Arizona, in the Phoenix area, in 1981. He then began working installations for the largest dealer and set-up company in Arizona. John obtained his own license and started Blount's Manufactured Housing Contractors in 1984. Throughout the years, John has participated in numerous classes and seminars to keep his knowledge current in his industry. "35" years experience and a hands on approach, has made him one of the states most trusted installers. His valuable experience with all phases of construction, his honesty, and his integrity has made Blount's the reputable company it is today.
Tami,
John's wife, has worked in the Manufactured Housing Industry for 24
years. She was affiliated with the Manufactured Housing Industry of
Arizona as secretary and then in a legislative level. She coordinates
all construction projects large or small within Blount's. Tami is very
knowledgeable in all facets of the industry, her focus to the details of each
job shows through on each job. She takes pride in personalizing the care
of every home throughout the construction, treating Blount's customers with
honesty and concern, as if it where her own home. She is available for
you, Blount's customer, as your contact for any questions or concerns.
Keeping you informed is paramount to her. We at Blount's work as a team
to ensure time schedules are met or exceeded and any questions our customers,
may have, are answered.
Rich, John's son-in-law, started with Blount's in 1997, with over 10 years experience in Manufactured Home Installation. He is the installation supervisor for each job at Blount's. His position includes: directing the installation of the homes, managing and measuring set-back's, utility connections, foundations, accessories, estimating, bidding full set-up and removal jobs, maintaining the foundation and anchoring of new and existing homes, electrical, plumbing, gas, land development and planning/coordinating, as well as a full knowledge of roofing. His hard work ensures that every home installed by Blount's far exceeds state and manufacturer standards.  |
