Blount's Manufactured Housing Contractors

Phase I

Customer requirements: Floor plan of home, Deed to property, if private, and current current survey of the property showing pins.

Phase II

On site customer meeting with Blount's representative to discuss layout specifications of your home on site.

Phase III

Project approval by customer and financial institution. Final pricing determined by any electrical designs from SRP or APS. Customers need to establish account with utility companies.

Phase IV

Implementation of permits and infrastructure. (Time table on permits varies per jurisdiction).

Phase V

Construction begins when permits are obtained . Once your home is installed, and the utility connections are to the sources, and inspection can be called. (Some jurisdictions only inspect 3 days per week, but most if called before 2pm will be inspected the following day. 

Phase VI

When all accessories on the submitted plot plan are completed a final inspection will be called.

Phase VII

Preliminary service list pertaining to the home will be sent to the manufacturer and a copy to the sales staff.

Phase VIII

Warranty of the construction begins the day of installation and is good for 1 year
